He became a 2-time nominee for CableACE Awards because of his incredible acting in 2 TV movies, “The Man Who Captured Eichmann” and “Somebody Has to Shoot the Picture”. In the year 1997, Howard played John C. Calhoun (acting United States Vice President) in “Amistad”, and the bad nephew of John Hammond (acting billionaire) in “The Lost World: Jurassic Park”.
