Holden serves as a reporter at ABC 15. She went to DePaul University in Chicago where she attained her bachelor’s degree and was also a field athlete and Div. 1 scholarship track. She began her journalism career at KWQC in the Quad Cities where she served as a sports and news reporter. Prior to leaving KWQC in Iowa in 2018, she also served as the Weekend Morning Producer/Anchor assisting in planning coverage of special community events.
Prior to joining ABC 15, Holden worked at News 9 in Oklahoma City where she served as the Weekend Morning Anchor. During her tenure at News 9 OKC, she also served as the reporter of both the evening and morning show enclosing the aftermath and impacts of COVID-19, deadly tornadoes, and the state’s death row cases. In addition to that, she also assisted in a series known as United Voice which focused on advocating a healthy dialogue about race.
Whenever Holden is not working, she enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends. She also enjoys spending some time with her fur babies and has also finished two half marathons since she graduated from college.
