During his time in Alabama, he broadcast a WBC heavyweight boxing title fight, the NCAA basketball tournament, the Alabama Crimson Tide, three CFP national championships, and the Women’s College World Series. Additionally, he co-hosted the Alabama football championship parade.
Kamerman launched his local news career in Medford, Oregon, where he worked as a weekend sports anchor and reporter. There, he fell in love with the region and knew that he would one day return to the area. One of his favorite memories was following the 2014 NAIA football championship in Daytona Beach and the Southern Oregon Raiders.
