Afterward, she moved to Phoenix, Arizona to work for KTVK-3TV as a special assignment reporter and a weekend meteorologist. Initially, Shipp worked as a fill-in weather anchor at Way Too Early, First Look, MSNBC’s Morning Joe, and NBC’s Early Today morning shows.
