Her love for storytelling is credited to KSBY and the stories she’s covered. Furthermore,  for her coverage of the death of Andrew Holland, an inmate with schizophrenia who died at San Luis Obispo County Jail after being kept in a restraint chair for 46 hours, she was awarded first place by the Associated Press and Radio Association.

She currently anchors weather on weekday mornings on KSBY News Daybreak from 5-7 a.m. During her leisure time, she enjoys running, hiking across the beautiful Central Coast, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, and spending time with her family while taking trips to Hawaii. Furthermore, she enjoys wine tasting in all wineries across San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties!
