The flooding however made Ostarly watch The Weather Channel religiously! As he was watching The Weather Channel, he was learning more things about the weather until he was no longer afraid of it. He, therefore, got an aspiration of being a meteorologist when he grow up.
When it comes to education, Ostarly is a proud alumnus of the University of Louisiana-Monroe. He graduated from the university in the year 2011 with a degree in Atmospheric Sciences. Ostarly is affiliated with the National Weather Association. He holds a Louisiana Associated Press (AP) Award and the National Weather Association Seal of Approval.
