Burch worked really hard at her job, but after 3 years she moved to a different company in New York called “Bluefly”.
After that, Burch tried many other things – in the year 2005, she began to work as a Design Merchandise Coordinator at Uniqlo. From there, she went back to Texas and got a job at Tootsies as a Designer and Buyer. Burch had a lot of experience in retail, which helped her understand things in a different way. She wanted to pursue her passion for dancing, so she started working as a Retail Buyer and Merchandiser at the Broadway Dance Centre in New York. She continued her journey in dance from there.
