He has always had some level of interest in meteorology for as long as he can remember. He could be spotted looking out of the window when a summertime thunderstorm rolled through or bracing the elements outside during a windstorm. Events like the October 2011 snowstorm that hit the northeast and Hurricane “Superstorm” Sandy really solidified his passion for meteorology. After having a firsthand experience of these events, he knew that he wanted to be absorbed with the weather for the rest of his life.
After graduating from college, he landed his first professional job outside of college in March 2023 as a part-time meteorologist at WNYT NewsChannel 13 in Albany, New York. There, he filled in for the station when needed.
