Before joining CBS11, she spent approximately 1 year and 7 months at NBC News Channel/WLWT-TV in Cincinnati, Ohio, serving as a fill-in anchor and general assignment reporter from May 1999 to November 2000. Before that, she worked at ABC Radio as the co-host of the Morning Show (5-7 am) and as an anchor in Bakersfield, California.

Before her time at KBAK-TV, she worked as a writer and reporter at KMIR-TV in Palm Springs, California.
