While at KRON-TV he won an Emmy Award for enclosing the deadly warehouse fire in Oakland. He also enclosed the Asian Plane crash at SFO, the 2012 and 2014 world series, the 47 and 50 super Bowls, and 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2019 NBA Finals.
