Jason Oppenheim Selling the OC
Oppenheim is among the main cast members in the spin-off reality TV series of Selling Sunset, called “Selling the OC”. This series premiered its 2nd season on September 8, 2023, on Netflix. It is all about the Oppenheim Group Real Estate, a fancy real estate company in Orange County, CA and it follows Oppenheim and other cast members (agents) as they deal with their personal and work lives and aim to make agreements with their customers to sell properties in Orange County, for “Oppenheim Group Real Estate”. This reality show features fancy homes and special content.
Oppenheim once stated in an interview that some of the people on the 1st season of “Selling the OC” show don’t really get along, both when the cameras are rolling and in their personal lives. He spends a lot of time with these individuals, and they have genuine problems with each other. He also finds it “frustrating” to work with the real estate agents sometimes because of their personal conflicts. Sometimes, they don’t all come to dinner together, and they genuinely don’t spend time with each other. As for Oppenheim himself, he didn’t get involved in the drama during season 1 of the reality show. He prefers to stay neutral.

In the year 2017, Oppenheim put his fancy house in Los Angeles back on the market. The house has lots of fancy stuff like sliding glass doors, big windows, a swimming pool, really tall ceilings, and even a fire pit in the middle of the pool. Oppenheim put this 4-bathroom, 4-bedroom house up for sale for $7.995 million. He got the house in the year 2016 for $2,725,125 and had to fix it up the way he wanted.
