Harner’s career in sports media began to take shape during her time at Ithaca College. As a Sports Writer for The Ithacan, she honed her writing skills and provided coverage of various sporting events from September 2014 to May 2016. Simultaneously, she also worked as a Sportscaster at WICB 91.7 FM.
While studying at Ithaca College, Harner excelled in her role as a Producer and On-Air Talent at Ithaca College Television for three years and nine months. Harner has gained further industry experience through several internships. As a News Intern at WFSB TV in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, she worked for 4 months in the year 2015.
