Prior to her career in broadcast journalism, Norkus gained experience in Fairfield, Connecticut, where she worked as a Freelance Reporter at WSHU Public Radio for three months from September 2019 to November 2019. She also worked as a Server/Hostess/Cashier at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services for one year and two months from November 2017 to December 2018.
During her time in college, Norkus was actively involved in various roles, including serving as an Anchor/Reporter at The Pulse for one year and eight months from January 2018 to August 2019. She talked to important people in Pennsylvania and New York asked them about mental health, and then put together all their answers. During her spare time, she likes to binge-watch television shows, hang out with her bearded dragon named Drogon, or eat pasta.
