Pinder’s career in journalism started at Spectrum, where he worked as a General Assignment MMJ (Multimedia Journalist) from August 2012 to May 2014. Prior to his role as a Multimedia Journalist, Pinder served as an Assignment Editor in Charlotte, North Carolina, from September 2010 to August 2012, at the station.

Before coming to South Carolina, Pinder worked for two years as a Weekend Evening Anchor and Reporter at WCTI in Greenville/New Bern, North Carolina. He also spent nearly 4 years with Time Warner Cable News in North Carolina. At first, he worked as an assignment editor in Charlotte, and then he became a “one-man band” reporter based out of the network’s Wilmington newsroom.
