Malia White is an American TV Personality and Boatswain/Chief Mate well-known for starring in the third season of the Bravo reality series, “Winter House”. The season premiered on October 24, 2023. She is also known for her appearance in “Below Deck Mediterranean”, “Below Deck Galley Talk”, and “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen”.
White is a proud alumnus of the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she attended from August 2008 to August 2012. She graduated from the university with a Bachelor’s degree in Ecology, and Evolutionary Biology. Besides being a TV Personality, White also works as a Boatswain for the Maritime and Coastguard Agency.
White worked her way up on super yachts and now holds a 200-ton Captain’s License, and she says that she is not stopping there. She says that she is not afraid to stand out in an industry mostly dominated by men. White is also a certified dive master and has traveled all over the globe, teaching water sports and scuba in places like Hawaii and the Bahamas. In July 2021, White shared a photo of her injured arms on her social media pages, stating that she was recovering from a freak accident in Spain. She stated that she was on a scooter and she was riding along the coast of Mallorca. White also mentioned that her helmet saved her a lot. She underwent some treatments for the bruises and she ultimately recovered. Since she is an experienced rider, she never stopped riding scooters, but she says that she is now more careful.
