She also serves as a host of a weekly segment on CP24 BREAKFAST, “For Goodness Sake,” where she connects viewers with fundraisers and charities in the city. Additionally, Midolo hosts and participates in events all over the GTA, and helps dreams take flight as the CP24 chaperone for the annual Dream Take Flight in Toronto.

Midolo works as a Traffic/Transit/ Weather Specialist on CP24. Before joining CP24, she was working for Toronto Transit Commission (TTC). She spent nearly 10 years there providing updates on any delays on trains and buses for CityTV, CP24, and 680 News.

Midolo actively involves herself in the Dream Makers Wish Foundation. She also takes an active part at Princess Margaret Hospital Weekend To End Breast Cancer, where she acts as a CP24 Team co-captain. She considers herself proud to serve as a host of the Canada Day Celebrations for the City of Pickering each year. Midolo is also a member of the Albanian Community of Toronto.

Midolo announced on September 23, 2021, that she has lymphoma. On the breakfast show that morning she was wearing a headscarf to talk about her battle with blood cancer. She was diagnosed with cancer in May of 2021 and was away from the show since June 2021. She said that she was in a good place so far and she was doing her chemotherapy treatments and had the best oncology team at Markham Stouffville Hospital.

Midolo said that the treatment was frustrating and scary. What kept her optimistic is her friends and family who gave her all their support. She commended Lymphoma Canada and said that the fundraising they were doing in September is Lymphoma Awareness Month.
