Sacco joined Simpson College in 2017 after completing his studies at Millard North High School. In 2021, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a double minor in Multimedia Journalism and Sports Administration.
While in college, he worked as the station manager at KSTM-FM and a staff writer for The Simpsonian. He was involved with the Alpha Lambda Delta Scholastic Honors Society, Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, and Simpson Baseball.
