Rachel Briers is an American Meteorologist working at ABC13 in Houston, Texas since joining the station in December 2018. Before joining the ABC13 weather team, she served as the Chief Meteorologist at KWES in Midland, Texas. She later covered all of the West Texas weather, including tornadoes, severe winter storms, and large hail.
