Today, Reverend Degraff serves as the groundbreaking chair of the Council for School Building Equity, which sets the benchmark for minority- and women-owned company engagement across New York State.

As the MWBE Advocate of the Year, the City of New York honored him. On behalf of the Minority Business Leadership Council which created unparalleled contractual and employment opportunities for minorities and women. He acted as the chief negotiator for the breakthrough Collective Bargaining Agreement (PLA) with New York City and the Building Construction Trades Council.

Most recently, the State of Israel got Martin Luther King, Jr. from Reverend DeGraff. Lifetime Award for services to the campaign for social rights. When coming to his education, he completed a gifted program at Morehouse College.
