From there, he moved to WTAJ-TV in Altoona, Pennsylvania, where he manned the sports desk. After that, he went to WHP-TV in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. While at WHP, he won the Associated Press “Best Sportscast” award. Grayson went to work for WBOY-TV in Morgantown, West Virginia, as well as wvillustrated.com in the year 2005, where he led the sports department as a sports director.
