On the Dateline show, she has appeared multiple times for her extensive reporting on the murder and disappearance of New Canaan mother of five Jennifer Dulos. Furthermore, she received a Boston/New England Emmy nomination in 2020, for her investigation into PFAS which is an emerging contaminant found in common household products, and firefighting foam.

Furthermore, during the jailhouse interview with the suspect in the murder and kidnapping of realtor Beverly Carter, she was the only reporter who spoke and made an appearance on Dateline to detail her exclusive one-on-one interview. Her journalism career in television began in Fayetteville, Arkansas where she served as anchor and reporter.

In 2011, she was able to cover the most lethal and destructive tornado in recent history in Joplin, Missouri. Furthermore, she has worked in Springfield, Missouri while serving as an anchor and reporter. For her internship, she was able to secure a spot at CBS for its Sunday Morning and also made contributions to FOX Sports Southwest and ESPNU reports.
