Ruhle serves at MSNBC as a morning anchor of “Stephanie Ruhle Reports” which airs on weekdays at 9 AM. She also anchors “Weekend Today” every Saturday at 7 AM on MSNBC. In addition, she also serves as the Senior Business correspondent for NBC News. She has co-hosted together with Ali Velshi a business program that aired on weekdays and Saturdays.

Before joining MSNBC, she served as a managing editor and news anchor for Bloomberg Television and editor-at-large for Bloomberg News. Additionally, she co-hosted the Bloomberg Television show Bloomberg GO.

Remarkably, she was one of the three reporters who identified the trader behind the 2012 JPMorgan Chase after breaking the story of the  London Whale. For over fourteen years she spent her time working in the finance industry. She would spend her summer interning for Merrill Lynch while she was still in college.

Later on, she spent six years working in a hedge fund sale at Credit Suisse in 1997. She became the highest-producing credit derivatives salesperson in the United States while she served at Credit Suisse First Boston as the vice president.

Additionally, she produced a documentary that explores Haiti’s emerging market five years after the country was hit by a devastating earthquake in 2015 that was called Haiti: Open For Business? (2015). Moreover, she was featured in Shark Land: A Mission Blue and Fusion Expedition (2015), which brings attention to the plight of sharks in Cocos Island, a national park off the shore of Costa Rica.
