Seymore attended Delmar High School where he graduated in 2013, and while he was a freshman in high school, he started his very own weather forecasting page on Facebook as his love for weather began at a very early age. Later on, he joined the University of Delaware where he majored in environmental science but switched majors to meteorology/climatology when UD started that program.
He became part of the UD’s first graduating class of meteorologists in May 2017. In addition, he worked with the Delaware State Climatologist to research the largest snowstorms that have impacted the Delmarva Peninsula while he was at the University of Delaware.
