He loves Austin and thinks that it is a great place for real estate opportunities, which helps him sell more properties. Being on the Bravo series has made him famous and also helped promote his company.

“Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard” is a series about 11 friends who go on a fun vacation to an island, in Martha’s Vineyard’s historical Oak Bluffs area. They have parties on the beach and eat fancy dinners, and some of them start romantic relationships. These friends are Black professionals and business owners.
Martha’s Vineyard is an island in Massachusetts where mostly Black people who like vacations have been going for over a century (100 years) to buy properties and have fun. It’s a beautiful place with nice beaches, pretty sailboats, cute cottages, and unique culture. Many rich, famous, and important people go there too.
In the series, the friends have known each other for a long time and they are excited to have a good time together. They will try new things and have exclusive experiences while also facing and overcoming their personal problems. Some of the people are new to the area while others have lived there all their lives. They all live together in a place where they can play at the beach. They start to have problems with their friendships. Some people get jealous and other people are not sure if they can trust their friends.
