Wheeling is her native home and she is a member of the Radio and TV program her entire high school career. In addition, she was also a member of the dance team and served as the captain her senior year.
Furthermore, while she was in college, she held three jobs at once, as she served as the President of Alpha Xi Delta, leading a chapter of 170 women to raise more than $67,000 for Autism Speaks. In addition, she served as a live interviewer and co-hosted The Blurb on the TV2 program. Additionally, she won the Kent State co-ed softball team championship as captain of the team.
After she had graduated, she was deployed to Iraq and Kuwait with the United States Army. Furthermore, she was recognized by the Chief of Staff for her journalism work overseas prior to being her unit’s public affairs representative. Additionally, she is a member of the West Virginia Army National Guard.
During her leisure time, she enjoys traveling and appreciates a good cup of coffee. She also volunteers with the Victims Assistance Program in Hancock County and is a member and Volunteer at Ohio County 4-H.
