Bethel Park, Pennsylvania is his native home and he was always interested in weather while growing up his favorite type of weather is snow. Later on after college, he interned at WTAE-TV in Pittsburgh.
In addition, he also attended Penn State where he graduated proudly in 1998, and after he graduated he delivered his first forecast on NEWS9. Furthermore, he is a member of the National Weather Association and the American Meteorological Society.
As of the moment, he holds the National Weather Associations’ seal of approval. Additionally, he also serves as a liaison with the local National Weather Service and local Emergency Management officers.
During his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Amber and son, Declan, traveling to Germany/Austria, Alaska, Hawaii, New England, California, Glacier National Park, Yellowstone, Canadian Rockies, and Italy.
