Rascon comes to Houston from CBS NEWS where he labored as a correspondent, reporting on Haiti’s civil unrest, Cuba’s downing of United States Planes, Peru’s hostage standoff, TWA, Mexico’s guerrilla wars, and other airline disasters, various school shootings, conflicts in Central America, hurricanes throughout the Caribbean and US, the Oklahoma City bombing, and a lot of other global stories.
From ’89 to ’94, Rascon was a reporter at KABC-TV in Los Angeles, masking such extremely good events because the O.J.
