Aaron serves at WPIX as a morning news reporter, appearing from 8 am to 10 am on PIX11 Morning News. Aaron started his radio journalism career in 1999 at the age of 18, reporting for Radio Disney.[10] After a short spell hosting a radio show in Tucson, Arizona, he moved to Los Angeles and secured an on-air television hosting job for Daybreak OC, a morning lifestyle/news show located in Orange County serving He went from there to KSWB in San Diego to continue his job as a feature writer until he was picked up by WNBC in New York.
As the host of New York Live, he worked with NBCUniversal on WNBC. He won three straight “Best Features Reporter” Emmy Awards there. He was a co-host of the nationally syndicated television program, Mad Talk, as well as a reporter for Extra. In September 2017, with country star Kellie Pickler, Aaron began co-hosting Pickler & Ben, a syndicated talk show.
After the cancellation of the talk show in the summer of 2019, he returned to New York, remaining employed at the beginning of 2020 by Pickler & Ben distributor Scripps as a morning features reporter for their recently purchased New York station, WPIX-TV. When coming to his education, he graduated from Emerson College, in Boston, Massachusetts.
