Bill Coulter Education
Coulter is a proud alumnus of Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) and Mississippi State University. He first graduated from Ryerson University in the year 1995 with a Bachelor of Applied Arts (B.A.A.) in Radio and Television. There, he earned high honors and the George Schenck Graduate Scholarship for excellence in script writing.
