In addition, he also covered the Pro Football Hall of Fame ceremony, MLB, NFL playoffs, High School sports, and the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament which was in San Antonio.
He initiated his journalism career as a weekend sports anchor for KNOE-TV based in Monroe, Louisiana. While there, he covered Grambling, Louisiana-Monroe, Louisiana Tech, LSU, and the Saints. He worked full-time for KSEL and KENW as their play-by-play broadcaster and lead sports anchor while studying Broadcast Journalism. Additionally, he hosted “Game On,” Portales’ first sports talk radio show as the Portales Rams’ voice. During his free time, he enjoys doing outdoor activities, collecting movies, working out, reading history books, practicing his golf skills, spending time with his friends and family, and watching sports.
