Woods serves at WGAL-TV as an Evening News Anchor. She began as a Traffic Anchor/Reporter at the station. She held that position for one year, then transitioned to Weekend Anchor/Reporter, which she held for 4 years and 3 months. After that, she now became an Evening News Anchor. 

Previously, she was in Erie, Pennsylvania, working for WJET-TV(an ABC-affiliated) as a fill-in anchor/producer, as well as a general assignment reporter.
