He has also served at WARM 590 AM in Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, as a reporter and anchor. This was during his collegiate years. While working there, he also served at WBRE-TV. 

Roche is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Tenfold Lancaster. He is also a former member of the Tabor Community Services. He has been a board member of the Ronald McDonald House in Hershey. During his leisure, you can find him at a golf course playing golf, riding a bike, spending precious time with his family, or renovating his house.
