Furthermore, while serving as a journalist, he has been honored with many honored Franklin College prior to being named in 2015, as the top journalist by the Indiana AP Broadcasters Association.
Aside from journalism, he has also been interested in running varsity cross country and track while in college and served as an executive officer in the Kappa Delta Rho fraternity. In addition, during his leisure time, he enjoys walking his obscenely-hyper dog, Boomer, running, eating way too many cheeseburgers, watching sports, and grilling in the worst weather conditions imaginable.
