They use their penthouse suite at the Balboa Bay Club as their main base, with Terry’s medical practice and his mother nearby.
Dubrow and Gina Kirschenheiter (her fellow cast), who have been friends for many years, clash over issues of betrayal and loyalty. Dubrow also struggles to get along with the new cast (Katie Ginella) and their relationship deteriorates when Katie brings up an old rumor.

On December 28, 2023, Dubrow shared a clip on her Instagram story showing her face after she had a Potenza treatment. In the video, her face looked slightly red as she said, “I just had a Potenza. What does it do?” However, she underwent the necessary treatments and she is now well.
