When Judge’s old and recent photos are compared, it is clear that she has undergone some procedures on her face. In June 2024 (during a Q&A session with her fans), Judge stated that she had undergone a facelift (lower). She said that she used Botox but avoided fillers and used it to keep her face out of the sun. Also, she said that she loves getting IPL (intense pulsed light) therapy once a year. This treats various skin conditions using light energy. In February 2024, Judge also shared the details of her IPL recovery on Instagram {she showed photos of her skin on day 3 of the treatment (showing spots on her chest turning darker, looking itchy and red)}.

In an October 2020 interview with Us Weekly, Judge shared that while filming in the year 2017, a masseuse noticed a small black dot on the side of her butt. After a biopsy, it was identified as melanoma. Tamra felt grateful she got it checked, noting she would not have noticed it otherwise since it did not hurt, was not raised, and showed no signs of being a problem. She reflected on how the diagnosis made her feel like her body was failing her.
