There, she received two Missouri Broadcasters Association Awards in the categories of Breaking News Weather Coverage and Best News Series.
In 2019, Faulkner joined WTOK in Meridian as the anchor and executive producer for the station’s Good Morning Meridian. During the pandemic, she started producing and hosting On The Record, the station’s Sunday talk show. In early 2021, she anchored and produced the station’s first Black History Month Special, which won a 1st place Award for “Public Affairs Program” from the Mississippi Broadcasters Association.
During her time in Columbia, Faulkner had two nominations for Kiss 103.1’s Columbia Neighborhood Best News Anchor Award. In 2023, she won a Merit Personality of the Year Award from the South Carolina Broadcasters Association.
