Before joining ABC 6/FOX 28 in Columbus, she worked at WCHS TV in Charleston where she served as an anchor, reporter, and producer.

While working at WCHS TV in Charleston, she covered numerously storied making national headlines including the Piketon, two West Virginia state-wide public school strikes, the impeachment proceedings of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, and the devastating “1000-year flood” in 2016. Furthermore,  one year later after she had covered the impact of the 2016 flood, she received an Emmy nomination. Prior to this, the Associated Press of the Virginias awarded her with the “Best In-Depth Report” award for her investigation into human trafficking in West Virginia and Ohio.

Her career as a multimedia journalist started at WRDE Coast TV in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. This was also the place where she fell in love with storytelling, meeting new people, and photography. When coming to her education, she is an alumnus of Marshall University. During her leisure time, she enjoys making people laugh, singing, and dancing. She can also listen to any type of music and she is always on the lookout for new food to try.
