Tarlov began contributing to FOX News Channel in 2017 and now serves as a rotating co-host of The Five (weekdays, 5-6PM/ET). She also contributes political commentary to FOX News Channel (FNC) and FOX Business Network (FBN) programming. She had been a frequent guest on FNC since 2014 before joining the network. Tarlov is also the Vice President of Bustle Digital Group’s Research and Consumer Insight. She formerly worked as a democratic pollster and served as a senior strategist with Schoen Consulting, where she advised domestic and international clients on messaging strategies for more than five years.
Merrill Lynch was her first professional job, where she worked as a project manager. She worked there from June through August of 2007. The next year, she worked as a research assistant for political analyst Douglas Schoen. She served as a communication and digital strategist for Boris Johnson’s re-election campaign from January to May 2012. She eventually returned to the United States and resumed working with Douglas Schoen, who would ultimately become her mentor.
