Jimmy Fallon is an American comedian, television host, actor, and writer of German, Irish, and Norwegian descent famed for his work in television. He began his career in 1995.

Fallon’s paternal grandmother served as a German migrant from Osterholz-Scharmbeck while his maternal grandmother’s father served as a Norwegian migrant from Fredrikstad. Further, Rock told the Hollywood Reporter that while the sketch was “bad comedy,” he didn’t hold any hard feelings toward Fallon himself.

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Rock said that while the sketch itself where Fallon, wore dark makeup and a leather jacket, impersonating him, was “bad comedy,” he didn’t hold any hard feelings toward Fallon himself. He voiced that Fallon lacked a racist bone in his body. In addition, he added that Fallon called him after issuing a public apology for the offensive sketch.
