Gallipolis is her native home and her career as a journalist began while she was in college at Ohio State at 2 NEWS sister station, WCMH where she served as a producer. Later on, she worked at WSAZ in southeast Ohio where she served as an anchor and reporter. In 2013, she relocated to Northeast Ohio and while she resided there, she worked at WKBN in Youngstown where she served as an anchor for four years before relocating with her family to Dayton.
During her leisure time, she enjoys being involved in their church, exploring the outdoors, DIY home projects, road trips, trying out locally-owned restaurants, and teaching Lydia new things, and food– both cooking.
