McLean began her career in broadcasting at KGUN-TV 9 On Your Side in Tucson, Arizona, where she worked as an Assignment Editor for 5 months (January 2002 – May 2002).
McLean has been committed to community service. She has been an integral part of Urban Ventures since January 2018, serving as a dedicated Board Member in the pursuit of poverty alleviation. McLean’s passion for education is evident through her role as a Board Trustee at Minnehaha Academy, where she dedicated an impressive 7 years and 11 months (from August 2008 to June 2016).
