Prior to this, he worked at KAGS-TV where he served as a sports anchor and reporter from November 2016 to November 2018. Trent had previously spent about 1 year and 6 months working at WCTI-TV 12 and FOX 8/14.
There he served as a weekend sports anchor and reporter based in New Bern, North Carolina. From February 2014 to May 2015, he worked at WLIO where he served as a sports anchor and reporter. Previously, he had interned at WRIC-TV8 and also served as a sports/News Photographer From August 2013 to February 2014. From March 2013 to August 2013, Trent worked at The Connecticut School of Broadcasting based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
He had previously spent about 10 months working at Trent Brothers Music Co where he served as an efficiency Expert from June 2012 to March 2013.
