DeSorbo made her first television appearance when she joined the third season of Summer House a Bravo reality television series on 4th March 2019 as the main cast. She also appeared in the first two seasons of the Winter House spin-off as the main cast member. The first season started on 20th October 2021 and the second season began on 13th October 2022.
After the premiere of the eighth season of Southern Charm on 23rd June 2022, DeSorbo has appeared as a guest cast. Paige started her acting career in the 2020 Spare Me as Tracy. DeSorbo together with Hannah Berner, her summer house co-star started their podcast Giggly Squad on 27th October 2020.
