Javaheri is a proud member of both the National Weather Association and the American Meteorological Society.
During his tenure at the network, Javaheri has covered several natural disasters in ancient times. In 2013, he also featured the world’s strongest storm Super Typhoon Haiyan. The coverage entailed the storm’s movement across the Philippines shore. He also was among the first to reporters who featured the destructive tsunami and the world’s largest earthquakes: a 9.1 quake off the coast of Japan that unleashed a deadly tsunami in 2011.
Previously, Javaheri tenured at central California where he served as an environmental reporter and meteorologist. Regionally, he was made an Emmy nominee due to his outrageous achievements as a weather anchor.
Prior to that, Javaheri was tenured in Utah’s state at a local station overseeing all weather operations as chief meteorologist.
