While in Rochester, he went to Jacksonville, specifically the roof of First Coast News to live report before the Jaguars playoff game against the Buffalo Bills in January 2018.
Donnelly extensively reported on WHEC’s Battlefields 2 Ballfields which assists military veterans become sports officials in their local communities. Battlefields 2 Ballfields has helped many veterans in the Rochester region and hundreds of veterans countrywide.
After graduating college, Donnelly kickstarted his TV career at WHAM in Rochester. He then worked at WTAP in Parkersburg and WSAZ in Huntington.
He is also an Eagle Scout.
