While in Jacksonville, Jeffries has broadcasted stories in almost all corners of the First Coast. She started her Unsolved series in May 2017 which profiles local cold cases. The series won a 2019 regional Emmy award and led to the closure if a missing persons case in Jacksonville Beach in 2020.
Jeffries takes a sarcastic look at driving violations through her social media series, Driving Me Crazy. The series won a local Emmy nomination in 2020. She is proud to have reported and anchored during multiple major events in Jacksonville including Hurricanes Matthew, Dorian, Irma, and Hermine.
Jeffries broadcasted the kidnapping of Cherish Perrywinkle, the Jacksonville Landing mass shooting, the murder case of Michael Dunn, and the birth of the region’s first-ever conjoined twins. She won two regional Emmys for Bye Garbage and Flight School.
