Rich Walsh’s Family’s Lawsuit
When Walsh’s father, Thomas, was alive (in the year 2008), he sued a number of significant chemical companies, and his claim was that his leukemia battle was a result of chemical exposure. The case did not proceed at the time, but in the year 2018, the case was proceeded by a panel of state Superior Court judges. Thomas was a maintainer of golf course greens, fairways, and tees, and he used powerful pesticides. However, due to a lack of enough evidence and scientific support, the case was dismissed.
