Before joining KETV, Fili worked for KLKN-TV in Lincoln, Nebraska for 2 years and 3 months (from January 2015 to March 2017). There she served as a news anchor and reporter (most recently) and started as a news editor. While in college, Fili had an internship with KOLN/KGIN-TV in Lincoln, Nebraska for 1 year. There she also contributed to producing newscasts.
Other than journalism, Fili is also passionate about volunteering in the community. Since January 2021, she has served as an emcee for Make-A-Wish® Nebraska.
