Previously, she served KXAN-TV and KEYE-TV as a reporter for a period of three years. Her journalism career started in San Antonio where she worked at FOX 29 serving as a production assistant.
Later on, she relocated to Austin where she served as a producer, and later shifted to Interstate 35 to Waco where she worked as a reporter. Furthermore, while she worked at KWTX-TV in Waco, she covered stories such as President George W. Bush hosting diplomatic visits by foreign presidents and dignitaries at his ranch in Crawford.
In addition, she later relocated back to Austin where she was one of the first reporters in 2008, on the scene of a fire at the governor’s mansion. Additionally, she loves running and on Nov. 14, 2010, she finished her first full marathon at the Rock ‘N Roll Marathon in San Antonio. During her leisure time, she enjoys spending ample time with her family in San Antonio.
