He was born and raised in Norwalk, Connecticut, but spent his childhood summers in Rhode Island. Summers in Rhode Island were a huge part of his childhood, from Charlestown to Narragansett to Point Judith. He interned at WTNH News 8, where he focused on community engagement and collaborated closely with Storm Team 8.
During his internship, Steven attended the 2015 Travelers Championship, where he met several locals and learned about their favorite weather stories. He has always admired the huge city, which is only a train ride from his hometown, but he is excited to discover the wonders of Ocean State. Aside from the weather, Steven enjoys going to the beach and discovering new views and restaurants.
